Interested in doing something fun within your community or school to support Ronald McDonald House of Central and Southwest Georgia, but can’t make it to the House? There are several off-site options to support our families.
Create snack, hygiene, toiletry, and activity kits to support our families. These pre-built kits give our families essential items that make them feel more at home.
Snack kits allow families to grab snacks on their way to or from the hospital. Activity kits are a great way to keep kids entertained during their stay. Laundry kits provide families with all the necessary items to do their laundry while staying with us. Welcome bags help welcome families staying with us.
Clear bags are preferred. Please check expiration dates before donating. Call ahead to confirm need.
We’re currently accepting hygiene kits, activity kits, and self-care kits.
Either collect at your location and organize a drop-off at a House, or order from our Amazon Wish List and have the items be delivered.
Help stock the Houses with household and pantry items. We need basic items to provide comfort and support for families.
The aluminum can is valuable, but this small metal tab is like a gold nugget to Ronald McDonald House of Central and Southwest Georgia! It is easily removed from the can and delivers a positive donation benefit.
Ronald McDonald House of Central and Southwest Georgia has an on-going Pull Tab Program where individuals, groups and schools collect the pull tabs from aluminum cans and turn them in for recycling. We have a wonderful business relationship with SanJab Recycling LLC, which has agreed to be our scrap metal dealer and record all aluminum brought in by schools and groups and pays top dollar to our Chapter!
We appreciate participation from everyone – from individuals to businesses, your willingness to pitch in and start collecting pull tabs makes a difference in keeping families close.
Become an ambassador for recycling and ask your family, friends, school, church or company to get involved.
Remove the pop tabs from every aluminum can and collect them in a convenient container (coffee cans, milk jugs, plastic bags, etc.)
Drop off your pop tabs at the recycling centers listed below or our house located in Macon. Have the recycling center make the check out to Ronald McDonald House of Central and Southwest Georgia from the proceeds of your donation.
